Our Plant

We are currently located in a 50,000 sf facility in Union Springs, Alabama.

As of Autumn 2021, we will be fully relocated to a new manufacturing site, doubling our space to 105,000 sf.

GSI Capabilities

Gulf States International is a total solution provider. We manufacture environmentally preferable additives for formulators and blenders. We are fully able to provide toll and contract formulation, synthesis, blending, and packaging services.

GSI currently employs a staff of 50 production experts and will be adding more with our soon to come expansion.

Production Capacity

We currently run 8 liquid, gels & 2 hot process bar soap production lines, perpetually filling orders and containers ranging from 2 ounce bottles to full totes, containing 275 gallons of finished and ready-for-packaging goods.

Bottle Fabrication

By year’s end we will have doubled our PET bottle manufacturing capabilities with the addition of a stretch blow molding line – adding it to our existing blow molding machine, increasing our bottle production from 2 oz to 2 liters. We can also source and fill gallons, pails, drums and totes.

Our laboratory has 3 research, development, formulating & quality assurance technicians.
